Hudson Horsewear will accept product returns and provide the customer with an exchange, repair, or refund if:

 

• The product is faulty.

• The product is not fit for its intended purpose.

• The product is returned in ‘as new’ resaleable condition and is unworn / unused and in original condition with original tags / packaging.

• The product is returned within 14 days of purchase.

• The product is returned with original receipt proving date of purchase.

• If return postage costs are deemed to be our responsibility due to faulty goods, we will credit the amount at our discretion.
